Domaine J.Laurens, Limoux Methode Ancestrale (Doux)

Aromas of fresh fruit, green apple with a very clear finish. It is a nice airy wine resulting from a partial fermentation where the natural sugar does not complete its transformation into alcohol. This wine is light with only 6° to 7° and it is naturally sweet. We do not add a final dosage so no sugar external to that of the fruit itself: the Mauzac will then be able to reveal all the purity of its orchard fruit aromas: apple, pear subtly honeyed. Tradition dictated that it was bottled on the old moon of March, which corresponded to the time when the almond trees were covered with flowers, hence the floral label.
